2019 Empower Summit: The Emerging Leaders Program

The Council of Korean Americans (CKA) invites you to register for our Emerging Leaders Program on Saturday, November 2 (8:30am - 7:30pm), hosted under our Empower Summit in George Washington University, Washington, DC.

The Empower Summit is a premier Korean American 2nd generation leadership summit. There will be over 300 1.5/2nd generation Korean American leading professionals from both public and private sectors participating. This will be your opportunity to meet and speak with trailblazers in the Korean American community!

The Emerging Leaders Program is only available for students and recent graduates under the age of 25.

The Emerging Leaders Program's one-day ticket covers:

  • A special Saturday morning leadership training for Korean American students
  • Lunch with CKA Members, Speakers, and Empower Summit Participants
  • Workshop sessions by leading experts, ranging from entrepreneurship and media to mental health and government.
  • Closing networking reception at FiscalNote
  • CKA swag bag
